We collect the information you give us: your email address if you sign up for travel deals, your account details, and — when you book a ride — your name, phone number, email, pickup and drop-off details and trip date and time. Payment card details for rides are handled by our payment processor and are not stored on our servers.
To provide and confirm ride bookings, send trip messages and receipts, send travel deals you asked for, operate your account, prevent misuse, and improve the site.
When you click through to a partner (for example OneTravel, Viator or a car-rental provider), you leave Travpect. The partner collects and uses your information under its own privacy policy. Our links may carry a tracking code so the partner can credit Travpect for the referral.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and rides (such as payment, email and hosting providers), with drivers to the extent needed to complete your trip, and where required by law.
The site may use cookies or similar technology to keep you signed in and to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work without them.
You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from deal emails at any time using the link in the message.
