When you choose a flight, hotel, tour, package or rental car, you are taken to the partner’s website to complete the booking. That booking is a contract between you and the partner and is governed by the partner’s terms, prices, cancellation rules and policies. Travpect is not a party to that contract and does not issue tickets, vouchers or confirmations for partner products.
Travpect may earn a commission when you book through links on our site. This does not change the price you pay.
Prices, availability and product details for partner products are provided by the partners and can change without notice. Always confirm the final price and conditions on the partner’s checkout before you pay.
Ground transportation booked on this site is provided by Travpect or its operating partners. The price, payment method and cancellation terms for your ride are shown during booking and apply to that booking. A ride is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation message from us.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.
To the extent permitted by law, Travpect is not liable for the acts, omissions, products or services of third-party partners, or for losses arising from changes to partner prices or availability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
